I have training in a variety of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and am trauma-informed in my techniques. I typically use a solution-focused approach with behavioral techniques but each issue deserves an individualized approach. You can expect that we may try several techniques in order to find what is most effective for you.
